What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
How are Products Delivered?
Small items typically ship UPS unless otherwise requested. Large items are shipped LTL through our freight broker.
Please allow 2-3 days to process orders and prepare them for shipping.

Can I Return an Item?
If you aren’t satisfied with the item you purchased, we are happy to exchange it or issue a refund for the purchase price, not including any delivery/freight charges or return delivery/freight charges.
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, or custom products.
Can You Help Me Find a Wood Slab or Finished Furniture If It Isn’t Online?

How Can I See a Slab in Person?
Please call us at 360-393-2494 to make an appointment to view slabs. Most slabs are stacked and are difficult to access without notice.
Do You Dry or Surface Slabs for Purchase?
All slabs are kiln dried to 8% or less. If a product description doesn’t state that the slab is dried, that means it is in the process of drying.
All slabs are surfaced on the top and bottom to prepare them for sale.
